LaF is starting off the new year with a bang, as our hosts review The Hateful Eight from director Quentin Tarantino.  Inside of a cabin in the middle of a blizzard, eight strangers find themselves engaged in a battle of survival, never knowing who is friend or foe. The film features Tarantino's unique brand of storytelling, violence, comedy, and suspense. The L-Train and Mr. Two-Frames review the film, rank it among Tarantino's other masterpieces, and discuss the casting changes.

Bone Tomahawk - LaF 92

LaF has a treat for Western fans this week on episode 92. The L-Train and Mr. Two-Frames are reviewing Bone Tomahawk starring Kurt Russell, Patrick Wilson, Richard Jenkins, and Matthew Fox. These four men set out for a Wild West adventure like none before, when they have to rescue a man's wife from the horrors of a group cave dwellers. Both of our hosts love to champion smaller, out of the mainstream films, that deserve a bigger audience. Past films they have championed include Blue Ruin, The Raid: Redemption, and Cheap Thrills. Find out what makes this film so special that our hosts are adding it to the list.
