David O. Russell's newest film Joy is getting reviewed on episode #111 of LaF. The film stars Jennifer Lawrence, Bradley Cooper, and Robert DeNiro, who are all reteaming with director David O. Russell for the third time in four years. Joy follows the Mangano family as they try to build a business out of Joy's invention the Miracle Mop. In addition, the L-Train and Mr. Two-Frames discuss Mr. Russell's filmography, why different films of the director work for each of them, and how many awards they feel Joy will get nominated for.
